Serve Pro is Amazing! Our pipe had a pin hole leak and we discovered water on the floor of our boys bedroom. We weren’t sure if we had a water leak or if our kids had spilled something. The Serve Pro team was quick to come after hours to double check for us.

We did have a water loss and more was affected than we could see initially. Even though we were renters, the Serve Pro team was able to work with our land lord and get everything back in order for us. I can’t think of one negative thing. Serve Pro was wonderful and helped us through the whole water loss. We were thankful we called them quickly and they were on top of it so we didn’t didn’t have any resulting mold.

SERVPRO did an inspection to check for wet boards in my tongue-and-groove ceiling after deep fog occurred while my roof was removed. I was concerned that there was water trapped under the new roof. (It was not, thankfully.) Garrett and Nicolas did a great job inspecting and really put my mind at ease. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

They were all very helpful moving things that I was unable to move. They cleaned up and were vey respectful and answered all of my questions in a simple understandable way. Plus made my house safe to live in again. Hopefully I never have to go thru a hurricane again but I would definitely use them. Many of them came from San Diego to help us. And gave up being away from their family snd loved ones. That’s a company willing to go the extra mile to help what we here in Florida didn’t have enough workers to get these jobs done!!! Last week we got a lot of rain all at once where my backyard cannot handle it and start flooding into our patio. Called SERVPRO and they were able to come out that next day to look at the damage. Employee was very knowledgeable and very honest about what was damaged and what they could do to get rid of the water and then dry out the room. Unfortunately, since it was groundwater they classified my rugs and carpets to be category 3 to be just best thrown away which I probably would have just kept them if I did not know why. And that's where their knowledge came in to play. Was very happy with this company?.

We had a major flood in our house and had to completely rip out the carpets and address water damage in the walls. SERVPRO was incredible with helping us identify how far the damage had gone and worked so hard on the entire job for us. Awesome work, awesome people!

We hired SERVPRO to restore our bathroom after a major pipe busted, and they did incredible work! The staff were all super nice and helpful, and the bathroom is as good as new. Really thankful to have done business with them!

SERVPRO is awesome!

Not too long ago my apartment had caught fire so the smoke and water damage to our furniture had to be taken care of on top of relocating to another apartment. They took care of my belongings with so much care and they were very attentive to my needs. I got a representative out the same day of contact to give me a quote on the process and such. The day of pick-up the reps that visited took care of everything and were so friendly! Restoration took no more than a couple of hours! I had my belongings moved and settled in my new apartment the very same day! I cannot express how professional and friendly the people at SERVPRO were! I was really stressing about how long the process was going to take and the hoops they might make me jump through ( I already had enough of that in dealing with my insurance ) but Anna initially and then Warren as well as the crew that handled my belongings made my experience so easy and pleasant. Hopefully I don't have to contact them again in the future due to a disaster but if that is the case I will be happy to call upon their services again!

We had a fire in our garage on a Monday evening. Within 24 hours Warren from SERVPRO was at our home walking me through the process. Warren and his team were efficient, did what they said they would do and worked well with my insurance company. Their work was quality. I really appreciated how patient, kind and knowledgeable Warren and his team were. It was a stressful situation but they made it less stressful by being professional. I would highly recommend Warren, his team and SERVPRO.

Our kitchen sink had a surprise breakdown and the water destroyed our kitchen floor and cabinets, and leaked down through the basement ceiling. SERVPRO was out at my house ASAP, got the water cleaned up, and set up the big fans to dry everything out. So glad they were available and great at answering my questions via the phone and email!

Our company used SERVPRO for our carpet cleaning and had a great experience. It had been at least 5 years since we got our carpets washed and the result was better than we expected. The customer service was exceptional, we really appreciated the quick response time.

Our carpet has never looked so good, and they were able to not just clean it, but restore life and "fluff" to it, in areas where it had been really worn down (the stairwell for example).  It looks so good, I almost didn't want to move!  The owners are incredibly kind people, and are committed to loyalty and integrity in their business. We highly recommend!

Where to begin? There are not enough kind words or phrases to express how truly wonderful the team is at San Diego East. Our family made a first home purchase last October and a month later to the day of close, we were hit with a flood that required 3 months of labor to get us back to square one.

Can't say enough good things about this company, all showed up in mask, stood 6 feet from us, but most important they took care of water under the house completely! While we had to put up with fan noise under the house they gave us emotional support and checked under house several times a week and got it dried out! Warren the owner was great and Andrew had a great work ethic! Thank you ! Would definitely use this company again!

I would give them 6 stars if I could!!  I had a flood situation in my condo and Warren Connor and his crew came in and made a stressful situation much better.  They knew exactly what needed to be done, and did it so I didn't have to figure it all out.  They always kept me informed of the plan, and were so professional in handling everything from packing my home contents (floors had to be replaced), drying out,  to dealing with insurance company.  I highly recommend these folks if you ever find yourself flooded!!

We had an urgent "dead animal smell" in our guest room. The initial faint bad odor rapidly became a disgusting stench over 12 hours. We searched everywhere without identifying its source. We suspected the source was in the wall. SERVPRO was called and immediately came to investigate.  Isaac and his helper agreed that yes the smell was overwhelming, disgusting, and almost certainly in the guest room closet wall. They removed a small section of drywall, identified a rat nest with dead rats. They cleaned up the rank mess, sterilized the area with disinfectant and recommended a filtering fan then cleaned the air and removed the majority of the odor within a few hours. They also identified the rat entry route and sealed it.
Isaac and his helper were Godsends.

I can HIGHLY recommend this particular location. The new owners are top notch, they keep their word, and will do what it takes to make their customers satisfied.
