Mold is found in many homes, but not many home owners are aware of the consequences of it. These home owners have had mold for many years and are now considering selling their home - and are now getting around to it. Unfortunately the mold has spread which means the cost of getting the mold restored is going to increase. SERVPRO of Mid-City San Diego team went to take out mold and even found mold on certain cement boards. Even though it was just mold; the amounts of it were large and we were adamant on finding the hidden places of mold. The owners were glad to have restored crisp, clean surfaces and are now moving forward with the selling process.
